Personally, I have so much to be thankful for and sometimes I’ll stop whatever I’m doing and start writing a list. This leads to a lot of grateful thinking.
Even if we are wishing that our circumstances were different, we have so much to be grateful for that we cannot deny. God is good all the time. The world is a different story.
Let’s try to concentrate on what God directs:
“Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
So you may need to change your thinking to the truth, honesty, justice, purity, loveliness, good reports, virtuous, and praise to God. These are the things we should be focused on.
Every day we should be thinking of the things we should be grateful for and thank God. How about starting this practice today? Do you want to know God’s will for your life? Read the Bible verse quoted below.
Until we meet again, may God call you to Himself.
God’s Word for Today:
“Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will
for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
